WOD On The Lake
We recently moved CrossFit gyms to Crossfit Born Ready so that we could work out together and take the baby with us instead of working out separately.
Lucky for us, they were doing a lake workout and BBQ the weekend after we started so we got to participate.
The workout was "Tully" which is:
- 4 Rounds For Time of:
- Swim 200 meters
- 23 Dumbbell Squat Cleans
After the workout, we had a BBQ and got to hang out and get to know a bunch of the current gym members. It was a great way to get to know everyone.
On top of that, it was a perfect day to cool off in the lake and enjoy the Texas summer.
